I always enjoyed watching the Mandalorian series with my family. I decided that, since my son was nearly getting to the age to be too cool for dressing up for Halloween, I decided to make him this as a costume. I got the inspiration from someone who lived down the road from me in Mississippi, who also creates Star Wars costumes, but with fiberglass and molds. His setup was a bit more streamlined, but I decided to give this a shot.

I finished up the helmet first, which used a mixture of PETG and PLA+, every other part was made with PETG for durability. Then I moved on to do the jetpack, which was the largest piece aside from the chestplate. I figured out, bondo is much better than primer at this point, though I still used some amount of primer with the bondo.
